I would say it's one of the best housing parks around. It's nice that people in here take good care of their places. The one catch is that they are all owner occupied mostly manufactured home. If you look at others they just look run down. Good for people starting out

Great management and affordable rent in the hart of meridian. Has 2 parks and all homes are well maintained. Also has onsite storage for RV. Most lots have gas lines so you can run a gas hvac and stove to save money. Let rent is $485
